By accessing or using the services and programs provided by the Bangladesh Academy of Dentistry International (BADI), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using BADI’s services.
Membership Eligibility:
Membership in BADI is open to qualified dental professionals who meet the specified criteria as determined by BADI. Membership approval is subject to the discretion of BADI’s governing body, and BADI reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership as deemed necessary.
Membership Benefits:
BADI members are entitled to participate in BADI’s programs, seminars, trade fairs, continuing dental education programs, and other educational activities, subject to availability and any applicable fees.
Membership Dues:
BADI may require members to pay annual membership dues. Failure to pay the dues within the specified time may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
Professional Conduct:
BADI members are expected to maintain the highest professional standards, adhere to ethical guidelines and regulations, and contribute positively to the goals and objectives of BADI.
Information Accuracy:
BADI members are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the membership application process. Members are required to promptly update their information if there are any changes.
Program Participation:
BADI organizes various programs and services, including seminars, trade fairs, continuing dental education programs, research initiatives, and free dental camps. Participation in these programs is subject to availability, registration, and any additional terms and conditions specified by BADI.
Program Changes:
BADI reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any program or service at its discretion. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members in advance of any changes.
Program Fees:
Certain programs or services organized by BADI may require the payment of fees. The details of the fees, including payment deadlines and refund policies, will be communicated to the members prior to registration.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property, including journals, publications, research findings, educational materials, and other content produced by BADI, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members may use the intellectual property for personal and professional purposes but are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying the content without explicit written authorization from BADI.
Privacy and Data Protection:
BADI respects the privacy of its members and collects and processes personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The information collected is used for membership management, communication, program administration, research, and related purposes.
Limitation of Liability:
BADI strives to provide accurate and reliable information but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content or program provided. BADI shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services or programs.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Severability:
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Bangladesh Academy of Dentistry International (BADI) regarding your membership and use of its services and programs,
